Part one: terms of use
Rule 1. Who publishes the site
myser-gambling.com is a publication of Barawind Media N.V., Zeelandia Office Park, Kaya W.F.G. (Jombi) Mensing 14, Willemstad, Curaçao. Mail for the editorial desk goes to [email protected]. The eight rules below apply to anyone who reads on.
Rule 2. What the site is for
MySer Gambling explains how online casinos, their games and their bonuses work, and how the law treats gambling in each Gulf state. It is reading material. We operate no gaming tables or betting markets, accept no stakes, hold no player funds and have nothing to sell.
Rule 3. Your own law comes first
Gambling is a crime in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain. In the United Arab Emirates it is lawful only with an operator licensed by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), and only from the age of 21. No casino reviewed on this site holds a GCGRA licence. A review on MySer Gambling grants no permission to play anywhere; whether you sign up, and what follows under the law of your country, rests with you.
Rule 4. Adults only
Casino pages here are written for readers aged 21 and over. Each operator runs its own identity and age verification, and it may freeze an underage player's account together with the money in it.
Rule 5. Links leaving the site
Buttons that point to a casino use addresses that start with /go/ and are tagged sponsored and nofollow. Most are paid referral links; who pays for MySer sets out the arrangement in full. Once a casino page opens, its own terms and privacy notice govern you.
Rule 6. Copying our work
Anyone may link to any page. Quoting a sentence or two is acceptable when the quote is credited and links back. Whole reviews, comparison tables, licensed photographs and country guides may be reproduced only with the publisher's written consent. Names of casinos and game studios remain their owners' marks; we print them to identify what a page discusses, not to suggest any endorsement.
Rule 7. Personal data
What we log, which cookies we set and how mail is stored is explained on the privacy page.
Rule 8. Changes
We update this small print when the law, our partners or the site change. Each revision is stamped with the date shown beneath the title, and visits after that stamp fall under the revised text.
Part two: disclaimer
MySer Gambling is not a gambling operator
No account you open, money you deposit or game you play passes through us. We cannot look up your balance, release a withdrawal, reverse a bonus decision or reopen a closed account. Every review describes a business we do not control.
Reading an offshore licence correctly
The casinos we cover are licensed, where licensed at all, in places such as Curaçao, Anjouan, Malta or Kahnawake. That tells you which authority can receive a complaint and which rules the operator agreed to follow. It gives you no legal right to play from the Gulf, no court or regulator in the region will chase unpaid winnings on the strength of it, and it predicts nothing about how fast a given operator pays. Telecom regulators across the region block many of these domains, and using a VPN or mirror to get round a block can be an offence in its own right.
Bonus figures, limits and currencies
Offers, playthrough multipliers, bet caps during wagering, which games count towards it, minimum deposits and withdrawal ceilings are copied from the casino when a page is checked. Casinos change them constantly, sometimes overnight and sometimes only for certain countries. Amounts are printed in the currency the casino publishes — usually USD, EUR or AED — and never converted into riyals or dinars, because most offshore cashiers do not hold those currencies. Treat every number on MySer Gambling as a snapshot taken on a stated day, and read the casino's current bonus rules before you opt in.
Payment methods in the Gulf
Local wallets and cards such as mada, KNET, STC Pay or BenefitPay are rarely accepted by offshore casinos, and banks in the region may block gambling transactions outright. Where a review lists crypto, e-wallets or vouchers, that reflects the cashier on test day. It is no assurance that a transfer will clear, or that sending it is permitted in your country. Crypto payments in particular cannot be reversed if a casino refuses to pay.
Scores and rankings
Scores are our editorial judgement, built from the casino's published terms, what we saw in the cashier and game lobby, and the pattern of complaints other players report in public. They are opinions, can be mistaken and move when the evidence changes. Five stars do not oblige any casino to honour a cash-out, and a poor rating or a blacklist entry is our assessment of risk, not a legal verdict on the business.
Games and strategy articles
RTP figures are published by the game studios and describe what a game returns over an enormous number of rounds; a single evening of play can land anywhere. Some casinos offer a version of the same slot tuned to pay back less. Our roulette, blackjack and baccarat guides explain rules and odds; none of them, the Martingale article included, describes a way to beat the house edge, and we would not sell one if it existed.
News and dated guides
A news item reports what was true on the day it went out and stays as written. The GCGRA regime in the UAE is new and still changing; check the regulator's own announcements before relying on any article about it. Country guides carry their update date beneath the title.
No legal, financial or religious advice
Explaining what a law says is not legal advice, and describing how a bonus works is not financial advice. Nothing here is a ruling on what is permitted under Sharia; for that, ask a scholar you trust. If your situation depends on the answer, ask a lawyer or adviser licensed where you live.
Our liability
MySer Gambling is offered free and without any warranty. As far as the governing law permits, Barawind Media N.V. is not responsible for stakes lost at a casino, withdrawals that are slow or never arrive, bonuses cancelled by an operator, payments your bank stops, closed accounts, fines or other consequences under local law, or any other harm that follows from relying on a page or clicking one of its links. Rights that local consumer law gives you regardless of any disclaimer still apply.
Getting support
We know of no gambling helpline operating in the Gulf states, so we do not print one. Gambling Therapy runs free, confidential online chat and forums. When play starts taking more money or time than you meant it to, take a break, use the blocking tools on your phone and computer, and tell someone close to you.
Content that is not ours
Screenshots of game lobbies, provider logos and quoted bonus wording belong to the businesses that published them and appear here for identification and commentary. Forum posts and complaint threads we summarise reflect what their authors went through; we report the pattern, we cannot confirm every individual story, and a casino may have settled a case after we wrote about it.
Reporting a mistake
Found an offer that no longer matches the cashier, or a country guide that misstates the law? Send the link to [email protected]. We correct the page itself rather than adding a note elsewhere.
